Million Clone Challenge
Throughout the weekend of March 14-17, should the total number of clones destroyed in New Eden reach 1 million, every active player shall receive 1 million skill points! The details for this event are:
When: The Million Clone Challenge runs from March 14 through 17 from downtime to downtime.
Objectives: During this period, the total number of mercenary clones destroyed by the player community will be tallied and for each milestone achieved, active player characters will be rewarded with commensurate skill points. The clone kill milestones are the following:
For 250,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 250,000 skill points
For 500,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 500,000 skill points
For 750,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 750,000 skill points
For 1,000,000 clones destroyed, all active players will receive 1,000,000 skill points
Additional event info
Only the total number of clones destroyed during the event will be counted, not the number of kills
Clone kills by friendly fire will not be counted
Active players characters in this case means any player characters that have logged in during event times and play at least 10 battles
Active skill boosters will grant bonus skill points earned in this event GÇô in order to receive the bonus you must:
Have a character that has an active skill booster installed on the first day of the event i.e. after downtime on March 14 in order to qualify for the bonus
The length of the booster does not affect the amount of skill point bonus applied i.e. as long as you have an active skill booster of any type installed on your character after downtime on March 14, your character will receive the full bonus from the skill booster for this event
EPIC FAIL, now people are going to be playing dust 514 trying to get 1 million skill points though the goal is UNREACHABLE UNLESS YOU QUIT YOUR JOB AND PLAY 24/7 BEFORE THE EVENT IS ACTIVE. CCP, Devs some of us normal people have jobs and lives to tend to this need more time you are making this a non-reachable challenge for all of us that is not balanced I disagree and veto this event just for that reason. I am not quitting my job so i can play your products 24/7 in order to achieve 1,000,000 skill points THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO WILL GET THIS ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN ON SINCE THE GAME CAME OUT!
You are not making this fair at all....people are leaving this game and not coming back more so with new players who just played for a month. they leave becasue you as a company have failed to realize that your events are poorly planned for you customers who are on 24/7 who probably don't have a real life to attend to, CCP I ask you this is this the type of environment you will allow in the end costing you money from people boycotting or quitting forever? Look I pay your bills with the money I give you to blow it all on vacationing in parts of the world you have no business being in in regards to product development more so of vacationing for all days of the year riding on people who actually work out there and it's not fair and we are revolted at as customers on who an unreachable goal has been posted as your monthly challenge good job ccp you are destroying work ethic world wide keep it up and maybe your video game will make it on the front of the paper again.
oh and if you are going for it good luck your going to need to play this game 24/7 quit your real life dump your GF tell they guys you cant go out becasue that's the only way you will get your points no other way hands down I talked with too many about this outrage! your not getting a dime outta me that for sure.
 make the event longer more more longer for everyone to catch up and don't ever be sly like that again ever ok? |
